Must say I've not followed the Experimental scene for quite awhile. I think I may retire the group. It's been here for year or so without any updates or posts. From what i hear about town the experimental scene is really shitty anyway. If you want the group, message me and it's yours.

i am considering coming to las vegas in april to eat terrible food and take lurid photographs. in addition to the above mentioned pursuits, i'm also heavily into experimental music, and was wondering if vegas had anything to offer in the way of weird sounds. i'd also be interested in advice regarding scary lounge singers, badgood cabaret shows, or any other loud awesomeness unique to the city of winners.
thank you for your kind and avid attention,
there are new files to be heard on meat over moscow's site. ian mckenzie has some new tracks on it so check it out. http://meatovermoscow.com
that is all

To all who made it, you know it was a pretty good one. More and more people are showing up to these things. Meat Over Moscow played excellently and the exhibits were pretty good as well. the potatoe thing sticks out in my mind the most. well hope to see you all at the next First Friday.

First Friday was great. Made it just in time to see Meat over Moscow at the after party. They are great! Well that's my update!

Just wanted to say how much fun I had on Sat at the show. The bands were great, but sadly i didn't get to hear all of Meat Over Moscow as I had to leave just before the side-show act or whatever that was.
Oh, BTW, my name is Jeremiah. I write under the moniker Paraclude. I've got a MySpace page with a recent sample at Paraclude
. I also released an EP a while back that I would be happy to make a copy of for anyone that is interested.
Anyway, i'm looking forward to getting more involved in the scene.
I see I am the second member of the community. Yay for me! My name is Stephanie. Anyway, I joined because I do support local artists by attending such events like first friday. Two friends of mine, and jason's (albertobalsalm) have a project, they are called Meat over Moscow. Weird musicians they are, but cool nonetheless. Hope more people join.
